Obituary of Roberta Lynn Brazil

Roberta Lynn (Lozano) Brazil was born to Josephine & the late Frank Lozano Sr. in Los Angeles, California on March 23, 1961. Roberta passed peacefully in her home in Acampo, California, surrounded by her loved ones on February 3, 2021. She grew up in Pasadena, California with her five siblings until moving to Lodi in 1972. She attended Lodi schools: Lincoln Elementary, Sr. El and Tokay High. Roberta is survived by her Husband, David Brazil, two daughters Dezeri Garcia (Fabian) and Regina Charles (Victor), and their seven grandchildren: Elijah, Cedra, Juan, David, Mateo, Ezra, and Roman. She is also survived by her Mother, Josephine and her five siblings: Geraldine, Cindy, Frank Jr., Stephanie and Lisa. Roberta was baptized in 1981 and was a dedicated Jehovah’s Witness. In the 1980s Roberta worked at Honey Treat yogurt shop on Lodi Avenue. This is where she met her husband, David Brazil. David and Roberta married in Carson City, Nevada on July 13, 1982. Together Roberta and David made their home in the Central Valley for 40 years. After marrying David, Roberta then took on the bookkeeping for their roofing company, David W. Brazil Roofing, Inc. She worked alongside her husband and solely ran the office for their business for 39 years. Roberta was a devoted wife, a doting Mother and Grandmother. Her grandchildren lovingly referred to her as their Nana. Roberta’s friends and family knew her most by her sincere loving qualities. She found joy in the simple things and enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. Those close to Roberta knew that she loved to dance and had a fun sense of humor. She was a thoughtful friend and would go to great lengths to ensure her loved ones were well taken care of. Roberta was proud of and loved her big extended family, including her many friends. She is dearly missed, but her legacy of love will never be forgotten. Her loved ones will love her “always and in all ways.” There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday February 20, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. via ZOOM. Please contact daughter Dezeri Garcia for further details.
