Obituary of Arthur Deloyd Sanders

Archie lost his battle with cancer in the early morning hours on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. He was surrounded by family and friends, in the comfort of his own home. He was 62 years old. Archie was born in Lodi, CA on September 4, 1958, to Juanita and Robert Sanders. He lived in Arkansas and Washington, but lived the majority of his life in Lodi and Galt. He attended Lodi High School where he met Danette. They later married, and two families became one. Archie was known for his strong work ethic. He worked at Pacific Coast Producers in the C&W warehouse, JSG Trucking, and Bogetti Water Trucks before starting his own business: Arthur D Water Truck, LLC. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, archery, and boating. No matter what he was up to, everyone had fun around him. Archie was everybody's friend. Archie was preceded in death by his mother, father, and daughter Marsha Sanders, He is survived by his daughter Renae (Matt) Quaschnick, and his son Jeremiah (Ellery) Sanders; his beloved grandchildren, Rykker and Trinity Quaschnick, and Maisy Sanders; his sisters Dianne, Jeaneane, and Lori; brothers Mike and Bob (Denese) Sanders, and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Lodi Memorial Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Life at his home in Galt.
