Charles Arthur Rutter Jr passed away in Lodi, Ca. on October 14, 2022 with his loving wife, Cheri, by his side.
Chuck was born Sept.5,1942 in Seattle, Washington to Charles A. Rutter Sr. and Virginia Rutter.
Chuck resided in Washington State and California for many years. He had a successful career in the automotive industry. He moved to N. Carolina and started a second career in Real Estate. He loved the beaches in NC.
Upon returning to the Pacific NW in 2016 he married the love of his life, Cheri. They then moved to Ca. where Cheri resided.They enjoyed traveling until Chuck was too ill with cancer. He lived a very full life.
Surviving are his wife, Cheri Tomlinson Rutter, his sisters Cindy (Mark) Govea of KS and Diane (Terry) Woods of AZ and numerous nieces and and nephews. Mother in law Dee Henriques, step sons Rob, (Carrie) Brad, and Brian. Brothers in law Carl
Also his pups, Penny, Mollie, and Archie, who gave him so much love and joy.
Chuck is so loved and missed.
