George Cuculis passed away on November 27, 2003 in Lodi. He was born June 14, 1929 in Nogales, Arizona. He came to California with his family early in his life and graduated from Sacramento High School in 1947. He went to college for a year and then in the Air Force in 1948. He married Nadine Fleming on July 11, 1950. He came back to Sacramento in 1952 and moved to the Lodi area in 1962 He was retired. Prior to his retirement, he was the owner, operator of Olympic Muffler in Lodi. He retired in 1984. He was a member of the Lockeford-Clements Lions Club, Boy Scouts of America, the Lodi Moose as well as numerous other organizations. He enjoyed stamp collecting and outdoor activities. He is survived by his children: Helen Perez, Lodi, Patti Knaggs, Valley Springs and Jim Cuculis of Stockton; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and Companion, Beverly Enze. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Cuculis in 1988 and his sister, Bessie Knaggs. A Memeorial Service is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd, with Rev. Dr. Wayne Kildall officiating at Lodi Funeral Home Chapel. There is no visitation. Committal will be private at Glenview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations to donor's choice.
