Crystal Claire Keiser, 93, of Galt died November 24th in Galt. She was born Crystal Claire Collins in Halsey, Oregon, where she was raised and received her education. Mrs. Keiser moved to Sacramento in the mid-1920's, where she received her business certificate. She worked for Montomery Wards until she became self-employed. She married Sam Keiser in 1931. She worked in Oakland for 33 years as court transcriber until she retired.She was a resident of this area for two years. She was a member of the Family Life Christian Church in Galt. She enjoyed crocheting and baking. She is survived by her son, Richard Keiser and wife, Carol, of Dunsmuir; grandchildren, Rick Keiser, II and wife, Jean, of Galt, Lori and husband, Kevin, Usher of San Lorenzo, and Tommy Anderson of Peoria, Arizona; great-grandchildren, Miranda and Eddie Keiser and Terry and Claire Usher; siblings, Beverly Marquess, Norma Jaska and Paul Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Keiser, in 1956 and her great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Usher. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 6th at 12 noon at the Galt Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Frank Mack officiating.
