Obituary of Geraldine Kidson-Trigg

We are sad to announce the passing of Geraldine Kidson-Trigg (‘Dee’) 5 November 1956 – 7 October 2021 Our beloved Geraldine has passed away on 7 October 2021, at 64 years of age. She was born in South Africa as the daughter to Deborah & Richard McCabe. The family moved to Lambourn, England to take up residence in Windmill Farm. This is where she grew up with her two siblings, surrounded by horses and countryside. As a young adult she enjoyed her life in busy London, before meeting the love of her life, Stuart Kidson-Trigg. She and Stuart moved to Acampo, California and married in 1993. They built their palace on Eagle Bay Road, where they lived together very happily and in love, until Stuart suddenly passed in 2010. She passed at home after her battle with cancer. Geraldine was known for her great sense of humor, which was quick and wicked. She was fun and enjoyed many parties and adventures. She adored all the animals who she cared for and kept her company through the highs and lows. Beloved sister to Sally and William, step-mother to Chris and Gemma, grandmother to Jadin, Ali & Tyler, aunt to Bart, Lisa, Helen & Rhianna and friend to many. We take comfort in knowing she is now in the same place as her husband. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by family and friends. Friends and family of ‘Dee’ are welcome to a celebration of her life at 22406 Eagle Bay Road, on Tuesday 26 October from 3pm to 6pm.
