Obituary of Carol A. Rash

Carol Ann Rash was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She gained her eternal reward following a lengthy illness February 12, 2022 at the age of 83.

Born to Edward and Lydia Brodehl September 8, 1938 in Goodrich, ND, she moved to CA with her family at the age of 6, where she attended Western Apostolic Bible College in Stockton and married her husband Gordon Daryl Rash. Together they had 4 children. Daughter Rebekah Ann Iverson and husband of 57 years Gordon Daryl Rash preceded Carol in death. She is survived by her children: Jonathan Rash (Geralyn), Daniel Rash (Christina), Darla Plant (Kyle), 7 grandsons, and 6 great grandchildren.

Carol fulfilled her lifetime dream of being a missionary when she moved with her husband and children to Indonesia, Austria, Holland, and Germany.

A talented singer/musician, she played multiple instruments: piano, steel guitar, ukulele, accordion and the Indonesian angklung. She was a faithful Christian.
