Nicolas Lopez Anaya returned to his Heavenly Father on January 12, 2024. He was the patriarch of the Anaya family and will be sorely missed. He was survived by his eight children; Elvia Lopez, Aracely Roman, Anna Anaya, Carlos Anaya, Ricky Anaya, Nicolas Anaya II, Danny Anaya, Vannessa Anaya, twenty two grandchildren- Tanya Vrismo, Priscilla Gwaltney, Martin Lopez, Christina Alcantara, James Houtz, Jayden Houtz, Byanka Sauseda, Giovanni Anaya, Tatiana Anaya, Nicolas Anaya III, Johnathan Anaya, Joey Anaya, Jasmine Anaya, Ariana Anaya, Diego Anaya, Daniel Anaya, Jestine Anaya, Anthony Porras, Olivia Cortez, Yasmine Cortez, Roberto Cortez Jr, Celeste Cortez, and twenty seven great grandchildren.
