Obituary of Stephanie Jones

Stephanie LeAnn Jones was born July 16, 1992 in San Diego, CA. She passed away March 6, 2009 in Sacramento, CA., she was 16. Stephanie moved with her family to Arizona as child where she attended elementary school. Her family then relocated to Placerville, Ca., where she attended Camerado Middle School, and Ponderosa High School for her Freshman year. When her family moved to Lodi in 2007 she began attending Lodi High School where she was a member of the Lodi Flames Cheerleaders. Stephanie was very charismatic and was well liked by her fellow students at Lodi High School, she loved her time cheerleading with Lodi High, enjoyed snowboarding, photography, attending meetings and events with Young Life, and frequent visits to Starbucks Coffee with her friends. She will be remembered for her radiant smile, her positive attitude, and the caring and compassionate manner in which she treated everyone who knew her. Stephanie is survived by her mother; Sandra Jones of Lodi, her father and step-mother; Mark and Jodi Jones of Lodi, her brother; Scott Jones of Lodi, Grandparents; John and Julie Jones of Massachusetts, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends, too numerous to mention, but not forgotten. She was preceded in death by her brother; Steven, and Grandmother; Patricia McOwen Friends may visit Tuesday, March 10th from 2:00 p.m. and until 8:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S Fairmont Ave., and are invited to attend a Celebration of Stephanie's Life on Wednesday, March 11th, 1:00 p.m., at Century Assembly, 550 W Century Blvd (Corner of Century and Hutchins), with interment at Cherokee Memorial Park immediately following.
