Obituary of Kathy Knutson

Kathryn (Kathy) Lee Knutson, of Lodi, passed away unexpectedly in Lodi on April 25, 2006 at the age of 52. Kathy was born in Deer Lodge, Montana on July 5, 1953 to Edward E. and Virginia Lee Schnoor. When she was very young, her family left Montana, settling in Alaska where she spent her childhood and teenage years. When she was 18 years old, she moved to Lodi, and she has lived here ever since. For the past nine years she worked at JSG Trucking as a truck driver. Kathy loved traveling, reading and being in the outdoors, but her greatest love was her children and her two grandsons. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and she will be so dearly missed. Kathy is survived by her daughter, Raquel (Carl) Humphrey of Lodi and son, Bryan Knutson of Lodi; two beloved grandsons, Brandon Humphrey and Steven Knutson Humphrey and former husband and friend, Dennis Knutson. There is no visitation, and services and committal are private.
