Mary Irene Daniger of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 93 on January 20, 2006. Mrs. Daniger was born in Cimmeron, Kansas on September 24, 1912 to Carl and Irene Holden. In 1939, Mrs. Daniger and her husband, William, established Daniger Furniture in Idaho. They moved to Lodi in 1967 where they opened Daniger Furniture. She and her husband retired in 1977. She had been a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Lodi Art Center, Lodi Woman's Club and Business and Professional Women. Her passion in life was art and her family. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her son, Mike (Sue) Daniger of Lodi; grandson, Curt (Susan) Daniger of Lodi, two great-grandchildren, Curtis (Tiana) Daniger and Lacy Daniger and one great-great- granddaughter, Autumn Daniger. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Daniger in 1998. There is no visitation, and services were private.
