Olga Moos, a long-time resident of Lodi, aged 92, passed away in Lodi on January 3, 2006. Mrs. Moos was born in Golden Valley, N.D. on December 15, 1913 to Ben and Louise Mastel. She moved to California in 1937 with her family. In 1947 she married Walter G. Moos. Mrs. Moos is survived by her sons, Richard (Phyllis) Mastel of Lodi, Arnold Moos of Lodi and Samuel Moos of Modesto; 8 grandchildren; Brian, LaVonne, Richard, Jeanine, Kevin, Haley, Matt, Melanie; 5 great-grandchildren, Derek, Beto, Raquel, Richard and Jose; sister, Eva Smothers of Elk Grove. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter G. Moos in 1984; sister, Irene Moos and brothers, Herb, Emil and Richard Mastel. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. Committal will immediately follow. Friends are invited to visit Monday from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
