Obituary of Kelly Janelle Garecht

Ms. Kelly Janelle Garecht of Lodi passed away unexpectedly Saturday December 25, 2005, in a Sacramento Hospital at the age of 17. Ms. Garecht was born January 13, 1988 in Lodi, California to James and Brenda Garecht. Ms. Garecht was a Senior Student at Lodi High School and a member of the Yearbook Writing Staff, she had plans to attend Long Beach Community College and becoming a ?High Fashion? magazine editor. Ms. Garecht worked part-time at Airport Caf and Fitness Works in Lodi. She was a member of Calvary Bible Church Youth Group and enjoyed snowboarding, wakeboarding, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her mother Brenda Garecht of Lodi; father James Robert Garecht, Jr. and wife Phyliss of Fresno; 1 brother Anthony Garecht of Lodi; grandparents Ronna Garecht of Stockton; Eugene and Jean Norred of Joplin, Missouri; great grandmother, Irene Gloss of Lodi and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, James H. Wilson and James Robert Garecht. A church service will be held Friday December 30, 2005, 10:00 am at St. Joaquim?s Catholic Church in Lockeford, followed by interment at the Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery. A rosary will be held Thursday 6:00 pm at the Lodi Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday 1:00-8:00 pm at the Lodi Funeral Home.
