Obituary of James Robert Kittell

James Robert Kittell of Lodi passed away from complications due to Muscular Dystrophy in Lodi on December 14, 2005 at the age of 58. Mr. Kittell was born in Vancouver, WA on April 13, 1947 to Robert G. and Bettelou (Patty) Kittell. He moved to Lodi from Marin County in 1976. He served in the U.S. Marines and had worked in various commercial construction sites prior to being disabled. He enjoyed electronics and chess. James is survived by his mother, Patty Heil and step-father, Jim Heil of Lodi and brother, Danny Ray Kittell of Lodi. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kittell on January 2, 1976. A chapel service will be held on Tuesday at Lodi Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Leo Duncan of Westside Assembly officiating. There is no visitation, and committal is private. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial remembrances be made to the Community Blind Center, 30 W.
