Obituary of Delbert E. Stoop

Delbert E. Stoop of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 88 on November 30, 2005. Mr. Stoop was born in California on October 18, 1917. He was a supervisor for Banner Metals in Southern California for 28 years before moving to Lodi in 1961. He then went to work for Lodi Public Library as a custodian, retiring in 1982. He is survived by his wife, Mary Stoop of Lodi. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at Lodi Memorial Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Washburn of Calvary Bible Church officiating. There is no visitation.
