Lauralee Abbott of Lodi passed away in Lodi at the age of 68 on April 7, 2005. Mrs. Abbott was born in French Camp on October 3, 1936 to Frank and Helen Jones. She moved out of this area when she was seven years old, returning in 1979. She had been a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed bowling and camping. Lauralee is survived by her sister, Wilma Hopkins of El Cajon; step-daughter, Ann Whelchel of Sacramento and step-son, Ron Wilbur of Sacramento. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Abbott in 2003 and brother Peter Roy Jones. There is no visitation, and committal is private.
