Frank James Leonard of Galt passed away on February 9, 2005 in Galt at the age of 44. Frank was born in Palo Alto, CA to James and Antoinette Leonard on March 31, 1960. He was educated in the San Jose area and moved to the San Joaquin Valley in 1997, eventually settling in Galt with his family. He was employed at Geweke Motors in Lodi as a finance manager. Frank was an avid sports fan who was also very active in his children's lives coaching football and baseball. He enjoyed music, but his greatest love was being with his family and friends. He was a member of Bear Creek Community Church. Frank is survived by his wife, Christina Leonard of Galt; children, Sean Leonard of San Jose, Frank, Jr., Nicholas and Ashley Leonard of Galt; parents, James and Antoinette Leonard of Cupertino; sister, Kristine and husband, Glen Baca of Tracy and brother, Mark and wife, Christine Leonard of San Jose. Services will be held at Bear Creek Community Church, 11171 N. Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi on Sunday at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bill Cummins officiating. Committal will follow on Monday at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose. There is no visitation. A fund for the children has been established as follows: The Leonard Children, Bank of Lodi, Galt Banking Center, 602 C Street, Ste.100, Galt, CA 95632, Acct. No. 592499945.
