Kelly Nordeste of Cameron Park, formerly of Lodi, passed away suddenly on August 5, 2004 at the age of 60 in Sacramento. Mrs. Nordeste was born in Greece on February 12, 1944 to John and Dina Hagis. She moved to Lodi in 1951 with her family. She graduated from Lodi High School in 1962. Kelly had been self-employed as a cosmetologist. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and home- improvement projects, but most importantly she was devoted to her daughter and grandchildren and family. She will be dearly missed. Kelly is survived by her daughter, Cynthia and husband, Joe Barbuscia of Manteca; grandchildren, Joey and Kayla Barbuscia ; sister, Demetra and husband, Spiro Doukas of Orange; nephews, George and John Doukas and significant other, David Bullington of Cameron Park. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dina Hagis. There will be a Trisagion on Monday at 6:00 PM at Lodi Funeral Home Chapel. A Church service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church with Father Luke Palumbis of St. Basil officiating. Committal will immediately follow at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi. Visitation will be held on Monday at Lodi Funeral Home from 3:00 PM-6:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church Memorial Fund, 920 W. March Lane, Stockton, CA 95207.
