Obituary of Lillian Ruth Boss

Lillian Boss passed away on June 2, 2004 in Lodi, California. She was 78 years old. She was born in Kapaa, Hawaii on March 14, 1926. She is survived by her family: Her children Lillian Diede and husband Steve Diede of Lodi, CA, Clarence Boss and wife Susie Boss of Marysville, CA, Clarona Stark of Sunnyvale, CA, Jim Boss of Stockton, CA and Lydia Eltringham and husband Guy Eltringham of Los Angeles, CA., Her sister, Rebecca Williams of Anahola, Hawaii and sister-in-law, Sadie Boss Jauch of Lodi, 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Boss and a son, Diedrich Boss. She was born and raised in Hawaii. She resided in Marysville for 30 years. She was a Legal Secretary and retired from Sutter County Superior Court as a legal secretary for the judges and served as Court Administrator and Jury Commissioner for Sutter County. She retired in 1987. She moved to Lodi and has resided here for the past 17 years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12 noon until 8:00 PM at Lodi Funeral Home. Services will be held at Lodi Funeral Home on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment services will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi immediately following the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to Alzheimer?s Aid society of Northern California, American Cancer Society, American Cancer Society, Salvation Army.
