Kelly Jean Pappas, age 37 of Elk Grove, passed away on May 19, 2004 in Sacramento. She was born in Sacramento on September 6, 1967. She was employed at Department of Motor Vehicles for the past four years. Survived by 3 daughters, Cherish Sterger and Angela Rae Pappas of Elk Grove, Tessa Marie Foster of Texas; mother, Connie J. Overland of Elk Grove; father, Michael T. Pappas of Seattle, Washington; sister, Karrie Houtz of Elk Grove; grandmother, Jeanne Overland of Galt. Preceded in death by grandfather, Rev. Donald T. Overland; and grandmother, Bertha Crank. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 25 at 2 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave., Lodi. Committal at Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will begin on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m..
