Angela Jimenez Zavala was born August 8, 1940 in Zacatecas, Mexico. She passed away May 2, 2004 in Lodi, California, she was 63. Angela came to Lodi in 1957, she worked as a field worker in the Lodi and Thornton area for many years, then for All-State Cannery, Ellis Car Wash, and Pacific Coast Producers in Lodi. She is survived by her mother; Mary Luna of Lodi, her husband; Donato Zavala of Lodi, sons; Donald Zavala and Angelo Zavala both of Lodi, 5 Grandchildren, brother; Robert Luna of Elk Grove, and sisters; Isabel Quesada of Lodi and Rosa Rodriguez of Stockton. Friends may visit Monday from Noon until 8 p.m., and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary, Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home, 725 S. Fairmont Ave, and are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Church, with interment at Cherokee Memorial Park immediately following.
