Obituary of Violet Husband

Mrs. Violet M. Husband - Beloved mother and wife passed away Saturday, April 10, 2004 at the age of 94. Mrs. Husband was born November 3, 1909 in Bone Creek, North Dakota to Pink Karey and Georgia Stroh of New York. Mrs. Husband is survived by her loving son Howard Morrow and wife Kathleen of Tracy, daughter in-law Kathy Morrow of Troy, New York, numerous nieces and nephews, 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 22 great great grandchildren and special friends, Clara McMillan, Archie Temple and Myrna Escobar all of Hayward. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray F. Husband, sons, Jack Morrow, Albert W. "Bill" Morrow, and Ronald Morrow, grandson Ray Husband and great grandson Matthew Sowden. Violet worked as a seamstress for Krohlers Furniture Co. in Fremont for many years before retiring in 1980. She enjoyed gardening, cross stitching, crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends. Her presence will be sorely missed, but will live in our hearts and minds forever. A chapel service will be held Thursday April 15, 2004, 10:00 am at the Lodi Funeral Home in Lodi, California, followed by interment at Cedar Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Visitation will be held Wednesday 12:00 ? 8:00 pm at the Lodi Funeral Home.
