Obituary of Raymond D. Bowers

Raymond D. Bowers of Lodi passed away in Lodi on March 31, 2004 at the age of 66. Mr. Bowers was born in Sunset, Texas on March 16, 1938. He lived in the Lodi area for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired automobile mechanic. He enjoyed cooking, working on cars, and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Bowers; step-daughter, Tonya Bechthold; granddaughter, Joetta Bechthold; sisters; Roberta Edgemon of Sunset, Texas, Mary Fay Chezeum of Sulphur Springs, Texas; brothers, Joe Bowers of Bowie, Texas and Richard Bowers of Wichita Falls, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Arley Bowers. There is no visitation and inurnment is private.
