Mr. Leland H. Gordon of Lodi passed away Sunday February 29, 2004 at his residence at the age of 81. Mr. Gordon was born October 25, 1922 in Modesto, California to Howard and Effie Gordon. He worked as a mill wright for many years in Oregon and California before retiring in 1985 from Robison Ceco Mill Corp in Stockton. Mr. Gordon and his wife enjoyed remolding homes. Mr. Gordon was a united states Army and WWII Veteran, and will be dearly missed He is survived by 1 daughter Lonnie Hocher of Los Altos, 1 step daughter Rose Hayles of Lodi, 1 brother Ralph Gordon of Oakhurst, 3 nephews, Johnny and Ralph Gordon of Oakhurst, Mike Gordon of the Bay Area, 7 step-grandchildren and 4 great step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Norma L. Gordon in 1996. A graveside service will be held Monday March 8, 2004, 11:30 am at the Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi. Funeral Arrangements are by the Lodi Funeral Home. Remembrances can be sent to the Charity of Donors Choice.
