Kenneth Meidinger, 73, of Lodi, died November 7, 2003. He was born February 18, 1930, in Fredonia, N.D. Mr. Meidinger was educated in Fredonia. He married Eldora Heupel on September 9, 1956, in Fredonia, and they moved to Lodi in April of 1960. Mr.Meidinger was a mechanic with Weil Motors in Lodi, then with Victor Fine Foods until he retired in 1992. He attended the First Baptist Church of Lodi, and enjoyed cars, playing the guitar and harmonica and camping. He is survived by his wife, Eldora Meidinger, of Lodi; children, Mandy O'Geary, of Lodi, Miles Meidinger, of Lodi and Martha Ann Poser of Lodi; brothers, Lloyd Meidinger, of Galt, Norman Meidinger of Ashley, N.D. and Vernon Meidinger of Ashley; sister, Arlene Rudolph of Gackle, N.D. and two granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack Meidinger and Virgil Meidinger and sister, Joyce Brockle. There will be a chapel service at 11 am Wednesday at Lodi Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Newman of First Baptist Church officiating. Committal will follow the service at Cherokee Memorial Park. Immediately following the committal, there will be a reception at First Baptist Church, 267 N. Mills Avenue, Lodi. Memorial Contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 267 N. Mills Ave., Lodi, CA 95242.
