Linda Bernice Bohren of Galt passed away in Galt at the age of 57 years on November 30, 2005. Linda was born in Lodi, CA on March 2, 1948 to Fred and Helen Bohren. She attended local schools and graduated from San Joaquin Delta College with an A.A. in Business. She enjoyed volunteering, giving of her time to Lodi Memorial Hospital and the United Way in Stockton. She enjoyed reading and watching sports. She is survived by her sister, Emily (Hardip) Singh of Turlock; brothers, Duane (Judy) Wallom of Sacramento, Fred( Cynthia) Bohren of Lodi, Eugene ( Karen) Wallom of Lodi and companion, Melford Syrock of Galt; one niece and four nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen Lohse in 1999 and Fred Bohren in 1982 and step-father, Willie Lohse. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of Linda's life on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home with Pastor Marilyn Tevis officiating. There is no visitation, and committal is private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
