Mr. Raul Montanez of Stockton past away Wednesday December 15, 2003 in a French Camp Hospital at the age of 69. Mr. Montanez was born August 16, 1934 to Samuel and Agapita Montanez in Michoacan, Mexico. Hr. Montanez worked a s a farm laborer for many years throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. He attended St. Mary?s Catholic in Stockton. He is survived by his wife Lucia Montanez of Stockton, 3 sons; Ramon, Samuel, and Raul Montenez of Stockton, 1 daughter; Teresa Montanez of Stockton, 3 brothers; Jose, Manuel and Alfredo Montanez of Stockton, 3 sisters; Elena and Anita Montanez of Watsonviulle, Macloria Montanez of Stockton, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A funeral mass will be held Thursday December 18, 2003, at the St. Anne?s Catholic Church in Lodi, followed by interment at the Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi. A rosary will be held Wednesday 6:00 PM at the Lodi Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 3:00 PM at the Lodi Funeral Home.
