Frank Norman Flanders was born in Butte Montana on May 2nd, 1923, he passed away November 21, 2012 in Stockton, Ca at the age of 89. Frank served in the Army during WWII and worked for Armco Steel as a Operating Engineer. Frank is survied by four chirldren, a son Frank Flanders, and three daughters Maria Sutcliffe, Frances Omlansky, and Rosa Hallum, six grand children and 2 great grand children A service will be held at Lodi Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
